Has anyone gotten Banner Saga 1 or 2 from iam8bit? Debating whether or not to place an order.

25 years? Fuck, I feel old. Also, I don't believe that SCIV came out on Halloween in 1991, so I call bullshit on Wikipedia's date. I remember checking multiple game and toy stores every week and being a nag about it. It wasn't available where I lived (NJ) until December.

I have the first one (2 doesn't ship until December IIRC). 1 is pretty good. No issues with packaging or pressing either.
Did you get the first one from iam8bit or did you order via Austin's bandcamp?
Directly from iam8bit - I haven't ordered any of the signed ones.
October 31 was the JP release
Don't love the art but absolutely can't wait, such a fantastic soundtrack.Tease of Super Castlevania IV 2XLP soundtrack art from Mondo

Hoping Mondo does a better job with this Castlevania OST than their last one
Hnnnggggg those 2 bonus discs. Soon. The Laced NMS 4LP set sounds grrrrreat for those of you who are interested. Disclaimer: my listening setup is worth less than 600$.
Since the extra two don't have to accommodate for nearly as much bass, they sound extra great.Hnnnggggg those 2 bonus discs. Soon.
Alsp anyone know if fez is actually getting a repress? Really annoyed I passed on it at the time because of reasons.
That's some sad shit if true.I had the pleasure of briefly meeting Disasterpeace last night at a live scoring of It Follows. I gave him my copy of this to sign; he'd never even seen [the vinyl] in the flesh before, he doesn't have a copy! I guess that means I have the only signed one in the world! He said that a repress will eventually be happening...
BeyonceGodisreal.gifYeah, so they refunded me.
Yup. Still waiting here. Never ordering from Austin again.Ah, ok. Still no word on those signed ones as far as I've seen.
Speaking of Laced and NMS. I just got a package that looks suspiciously like a 4xLP aka my cancelled order.
*checks PayPal*
Yeah, so they refunded me.
Welp.

Here's a comment someone just left on discogs regarding FEZ:

Risk Of Rain delayed until mid-November due to a delay at the pressing plant.
I don't know much about that turntable, but it usually goes for $300 so it sure looks like a good deal!
Hah this is why I'm asking. I mean, pricewise yeah it looks great. But if the turntable is shit I don't want it. People here tend to know their stuff so hopefully someone's able to shed some light
Seems like it's not too bad. Just keep in mind that with direct drive turntables, the buffer you have with a belt-driven one somewhat "smoothing" any motor inconsistencies in speed (very minor ones, obviously) won't happen with a DD.
I know people here recommend the LP120, but I don't know what the price difference is between that and the Onkyo. The latter is a reputable brand, though. My impression, having seen and used one, is that the CP-1050 is essentially an Audio-Technica LP120 wearing 1970s business casual attire. You're paying an extra $250 for that. Functionally you're getting less (no arm height adjustment, no 78 speed, etc). In terms of quality I don't see any difference between them at all. (CNET loves the LP120, too.)
Uh, don't sleep on this people, either the game or the music... especially if you dig synthwave. It's Tron Pinball!Endless pinball game, PinOut, will be getting a vinyl release: https://douglasholmquist.bandcamp.com/album/pinout-original-soundtrack

Hmmh, I wonder if there's going to be anything interesting coming up from iam8bit before the end of the year. Too much orchestral or mood piece releases for my taste. Undertale is perhaps the only one currently on sale I'd consider getting. I wish we'd get more video game ass retro video game soundtracks on vinyl.
Power Rangers soundtrack just announced. I might use my coupon on it.
Is it for the tv show or original movie score or VGM arrangements or what?
It's for the 90s tv show.
Has anyone gotten their Downwell vinyl from Black Screen Records yet?
Any word on when Lagrange Point is shipping? I seem to remember there was talk of it going out in October, but that obviously didn't happen. No updates on Ship to Shore's twitter feed...
Havent heard anything from Zuntata Vol.1 either and that is first![]()
