I was hoping GAF could compile a comprehensive list of games that let you surf on a thing, slide around and do so while firing a projectile weapon. this list will serve as an indication of what games I and others must play at any cost

To start with, zelda botw, because I desperately want to see more gifs of stuff like this from the game:

There's also Devil May Cry 3 with the Free Ride move, but I can't find a gif, and they never brought it back in the series ; _ ;

In Dungeon Defenders 2 one of the characters is a Gunwitch. Her guns are half broom that she can ride around on either in the air or hovering off the ground, and there's a sniper mode where she hovers similar to the OP while she fires.

Tribes was kinda built around shooting while surfing. Although you weren't on top of anything.

Jak 2 Renegade, and Jak 3 are incorrect, you can't shoot whilst on the jetboard.

WET (from Bethesda) would sort of fall into that category. It was a grindhouse-styled third person shooter on 360 and PS3, where the main hook to gameplay was mixing the gunplay with acrobatics. It was a mixed bag overall, but I do recall sliding, jumping, and wallrunning around while shooting was a lot of fun.

No surfing, strictly, but it seems like you're looking for games that combine high mobility and aiming mechanics.

WET (from Bethesda) would sort of fall into that category. It was a grindhouse-styled third person shooter on 360 and PS3, where the main hook to gameplay was mixing the gunplay with acrobatics. It was a mixed bag overall, but I do recall sliding, jumping, and wallrunning around while shooting was a lot of fun.

No surfing, strictly, but it seems like you're looking for games that combine high mobility and aiming mechanics.

I actually am strictly looking for games that involve surfing atop something rather than just sliding. I appreciate the answer though—I enjoyed the demo for that game years ago, and could always do with more in that vein

Every time I saw the spine of Wet X360 sitting amongst my mate's collection of games I'd hone in on the Bethesda (the publisher) logo and think, "I should buy that on Steam" only to remind myself that there is no PC version.
