Halo 2, Halo 3, Minecraft, Oblivion, Skyrim, various Pokemon games and Fallout 3.

Games I intend on dumping that many or more hours into:

Forza Horizon 2, Halo TMCC, Binding of Isaac Rebirth, Super Smash 3DS/Wii U and Destiny. This list could grow next year though depending on the replayability of some games.
 
I am reasonably certain the only games I have spent more than 200 hours playing are Civ 2, Alpha Centauri, Civ 4, Civ 5, Europa Universalis 3, Crusader Kings 2, and Super Smash Bros. Melee. A few lengthy RPGs may be close based on repeat playthroughs, but based on the pattern, I expect the next game I play for over 200 hours will be Civ Beyond Earth.
 
Typically that kind of game time goes into multiplayer games but off the top of my head..

Pokemon (probably half of them when I was a kid)
Dota 2 (Clocking in 1000 hours, a lot of that is idle time but still)
Guild Wars 2
Halo 3
Call of Duty MW2

In the future.. Destiny might? The Master Chief collection definitely will. Assassins Creed Unity might if it's as epicly awesome as it looks.

Diablo 3: 820 hours (stopped playing the game though)
BFBC2: 300 hours
BF3: 209 hours
Borderlands 2: 205 hours

Pretty sure that I spent a crazy amount of time in Counter Strike (1.1 - 1.6) too but the exact 'data' is lost.

Dunno which my next game with +200 hours on could be. Borderlands 3 but who knows when it gets released.... Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel could be fun but hardly won't have enough content.

I normally don't play games for 200 hours though. The highest game I have on Steam is Euro Truck Simulator 2 at 189 hours, so it's getting close.
Animal Crossing: New Leaf has 183 hours. Maybe the other games I played have more.
 
I've spent around 400 hours on Rune Factory 4. Damn addicting game

Dragon Age: Inquisition is probably the next game I'll spend 200+ hours on.

Unreal Tournament 2K4. I was playing fan made Assault maps way after the larger community had died down.

Soul Calibur 4. Hours and hours of Kilik in ranked matches. Felt so good getting a high ranking, only to regress to the point of embarrassment and inability to put two consecutive winning rounds together.

NBA 2k that came out in 2008. That was at least 400/440 hours of playing as the Lakers in online games.

Battlefield 2/3, I'd have to check my stats.
Battlefield 4, a good amount, but since May the browser client hasn't worked and I haven't found the interest in fixing it.

I'll see if I put a comparable amount of time into Destiny.
 
The only game I event spent anything close to that was CoD:MW. I might have also broken the 100+ hour mark with Morrowind. It's beyond me how anyone can play a single game for several hundred hours. There's so many other games to play!
 
Socom II, Socom: Confrontation, and World of Warcraft.

Prob gonna get there with Diablo III. I'm addicted.

If I add up all the time I played Madden, I'd prob get there as well, as I bought every Madden from '96 to '07. But I haven't bought, or played an extensive amount of it, since then.

More than 200 hrs? Not many. For sure I know Finak Fantasy XI. I poured on it something close to a month or two of accumulated playtime back during the 2 years I was addicted to it.

Beyond FFXI I don't think many more. Probably Perfect Dark over countless hours of MP goodness with my friends (I don't get why so many praise Goldeneye for its MP when PD was better in every way). I don't think I ever spent so many hours playing multiplayer on a single game as I did with PD.

Also maybe Ocarina of Time after the countless times I beat it exploring every nook and crany.
