A friend of mine had his apendix explode. He walked around with it like that for about 3 weeks, complaining about how his stomach hurt. But during that time, he still worked and did all that normal stuff.
After a while he decided to go to the hospital. It had been capsuled into a cyst, which was the only reason he was still alive. So fucking weird.

But yeah, RIP.

Well, I wouldn't be too terrified. If you feel an excruciating pain in your side that doesn't go away, go to the hospital. Appendicitis is very unlikely to kill people in first world countries because of how available treatment is... what happened here is sort of a mystery.
