Amazing looking and playing game, artistically reminds me a bit of PS3 era games. It could use some clarity/res bump, and less homogeneous assets in the world.
Yeah art design and use of colors makes it beautiful looking game. But its nowhere near impressive as RDR2.artistically, its pretty impressive. Technically? Not even close.

RDR2 is still technically most impressive open world game out there.
I find those little things more impressive in RDR2Agreed. Ghost looks amazing in terms of the world itself, but the character models are not on par with something like The Last Of Us 2 or Red Dead 2. Red Dead 2 gets the nod because it looks amazing everywhere, not simply just the world itself.
Exactly, the water effects used on the sea in the 1st stage are embarrassing. I'm not a fan of the game but Death Standing looks far better for startersJust because it has colorful trees and skies doesn't mean it looks the BEST.

"technical incompetence"? Really? It may not be the best visuals there is in an open-world game but claiming technical incompetence is just rediculous.Just because it has colorful trees and skies doesn't mean it looks the BEST.

The art style does most of the heavy job.
Technically i'm not sure it's even superior to 2016 unchy4 or 2017 horizon.
So for the record, GoT was my GOTY last year. It's a joy to play. Imagine that, a video game that you actually enjoy playing? Such a novel concept, at least many games seem to forget this little detail. But the overall animations, polygon models and overall texture quality in HZD and Uncharted are leaps ahead, that's true.
yeah the wind moving the vegetation in that way is pretty unique to look at it (it doesn't really have dynamic non-scripted vegetation physics, it's more of a well done precanned pattern but the effect is nevertheless impressive especially on a fucking jaguar cpu). Not just the art style but vegation physics, weather physics, fight animations etc. It's a beautiful looking game, no doubt.

or is it last gen? you know what i'm talking about, anyway let's take a look at this beauty, and i dare anyone to name a game more beautiful than GoT (fight me)
more:
it's even more beautiful in action:
lol yesLol no.
No it's not.
It has a nice art style but it looks worse than Sucker Punch previous game, a launch title.
They have different points of strenght, infamous does not look better overall except for particles effects and world interaction. No it's not.

Same, too bad they're often ruined by LOD streaming made to run on base PS4.I've never played a game with so many beautiful vistas.
lol perhapslol yes
Artistically is one of the best and probably the best open world, but technically is not even top 5 on PS4.
No, it does not. The open world is far bigger and far richer as well as more detailed. No it's not.

That’s a looker for sure. I might check that game out sometime if if the thought of playing it didn’t make me bored. It feels like a wonderful dream. With the budget they have, it's one of the best looking games. I still think Death Stranding is the best looking due to the usage of photorealism.
The truth has been spokenThis is the real GOTY

hahaha no wayI like the it’s aesthetics but I personally like Sekiro’s visuals waaay more. To me it has much more memorable locals.
Also has much better animation
