I was watching the QL of Book of Unwritten Tales today because I just bought the game, and I think this is officially the first time I've gotten mad at a QL yelling at them what they're supposed to be doing.

Yeah that stream has become my favorite GB video.
Also, those guys where dead on with the photogenic stuff on the podcast. The expressions that guy could make. He was like a real cartoon character.

No, I believe this an impromptu stream with the purpose of Vinny testing out the equipment. Might have also been after one of the TNTs. But definitely not after any live live show.

This is still pretty hard to come to terms with...
That makes it so much better. Just a bunch of drunk friends hanging out with luchadeer on a random night. I know a lot of guys get upset when the podcast or UPF's stray away from video game talk, but those are my favorite times.
I love hearing about what kind of malt liquor Jeff likes or how Vinny put a hole in his wall. Seeing these guys hang and shoot the shit is why I continually come back to the site. Even now, without Ryan, you still get that same feeling of chemistry and camaraderie; there's certainly pain that comes with that feeling now, but I'm glad it's there. It shows how much these guys and the community care.
This was the era when they were brought by Whiskey Media and moved into their office with the Bar. They ordered a bunch of new live streaming equipment and they did a late night stream test. Putting the green screen through it paces and other effects. I think this is a test right before the first big live live show live.

Found the first email reply I ever got when I emailed the podcast when I was filling in hosting a friends radio show.
It was good advice because it was for a college radio thing and the show I worked on was nominated for a award for media students here. So thanks.

They were never bought by Whiskey. Whiskey started GB.
Unless you mean brought by Whiskey to the new office, then yeah, they were. Whiskey wanted everybody under one roof, and the original basement obviously couldn't fit that.

God damnit man. I am not an emotional person but this still has me fucked up. I can't believe he's gone. I can't believe I won't ever hear his stupid ass laugh again. Everything here and on twitter is so great but I can't even stand to look at it.
