Giant Bomb should upload trailers as-is when getting them from publishers and devs, instead of reencoding them. Just as Gamersyde does. Because they are losing traffic. Ever since I discovered Gamersyde, I no longer check my trailers on Giant Bomb.

I'm half-way through the panel and wow is this a vast improvement over the cluster-fucks that were their previous panels. Jeff's moderation has been great and holy shit they're talking about games. Even Alex - who is sort of notorious for being awful at these - has reigned himself in considerably.

Did someone seriously ask that? I haven't gotten that far in the video. That's pretty tasteless.
And I can echo the sentiment of others, so far the panel has been really well done considering what they've been through. I really miss Ryan though, his passing is still such a shock to me.
I think the way funnier one is "GAT V" which comes out around the same time as "GTA V".
Yeah the joke in the name is great but the idea of a DLC centered around Johnny Gat is really borring.

Well, if the leaked unlock screen is real,
it's just a new weapon and some cosmetic stuff, no story content at all. Probably just a reminder that "hey, this game still exists, guys!" when GTA V comes out.
Why would you say that? They just tweeted that chat's open now, there's a countdown at the top of the site, and it's been in the coming soon box since at least yesterday. There's a UPF this week.
What in the world makes you say that? It has been in the ticker all day.

Pretty Final Fantasy-y (world, music, voice acting, story...good and bad of all those) and yes, the first ten levels are REALLY hand-holdy. After ten it opens up and you kinda just do whatever you want, although there still is the guided quest system like WoW if you want to do that.
I don't. I do some public quests (FATEs), then a couple story quests, then switch to Miner and mine for a bit, then craft some armor, then maybe get some gil, then play the auction house, then run a dungeon, and so on.
