Now the reality that Nexus devices will get Jellybean, but if you are on an OEM device you are still screwed! Hope you enjoyed the show of features you wont get.

Why do you even post in Android threads? Seriously, why?

Pretty pumped that I'll have Jelly Bean mid-July on my Xoom. Here's hoping that Samsung doesn't get stingy with the GS2.

Not digging the t-shirt with black jacket.

Who started this trend?

I saw this in Starcraft e-sports casting.

Yay, another version of Android my phone will never get, and when I upgrade to a GSIII will take a year to get. Thanks Google!

By the way, I bet Samsung reallly appreciates you making the GSIII obsolete before it's even released. Not to mention the hundreds of other phones JUST getting ICS.

I don't understand why anyone who would care enough about software updates to follow a liveblog/stream preview of a new version would get anything other than a Nexus device.

From the screenshots I'm seeing, the cards and Google search results UI looks very nice. clean and easy to read. a little bit of style. very nice.

Going from ICS to JB should be much easier than going from Gingerbread to ICS. ICS was a big change from the old Android 2.x days.

I would guess that the ROM dumps for AT&T, T-mobile and even Verizon will be easier since the framework isn't nearly as different. Hoping for an ODIN One-click flash this fall.

Oh wow 20B installs....too bad majority of those are free since people don't buy apps on Android thanks to sideloading....:(

edit: oooooooooh app encryption!

Might have something to do with owning an Android device, all the way back to the Nexus One, and I am a web developer that is always interested in what the platforms are doing.

A bit LTTP but just saw the leaked information on Nexus 7... I was afraid that it wouldn't have GPS but it has GPS plus NFC at $199. It's so bought. Where do I hand you the money, Google!

I actually can't believe this, its like google got their shit together.

Just waiting on non-us confirmation! haha
