I don't think a list would work because the person needs to be active to pm the person giving out invites his email. A list of emails is a bad idea.

I'm just adding all the emails to a circle, and when invites go live just send that circle invites.

It's fine if you get the emails pmed to. A list of emails posted in public isn't a great idea though haha.

Hopefully invites open up soon. I have a few friends to invite but after them I'll invite people from here.

Update: It would appear the last suggestion here is the simplest and most fool-proof.
