"It's unfortunate when work-in-progress content leaks, but this Halo 5: Guardians content is part of our ongoing private, external testing for multiplayer. We will continue to rigorously test Halo 5: Guardians to ensure the best possible experience for fans at launch."

I was hoping we could do some spray painting on our guns, instead of pre-made custom camos. Guess I was hoping for too much. :(

Allowing self made designs is sadly normally a recipe for dick pics and weed emblems. What would have been cool though is if you could have your chosen armour emblem show up on your guns as well

You do realise that these aren't really leaks?

They're part of a planned marketing roadmap to gradually raise awareness prior to launch.

Astroturf me if this has already been mentioned.

Is he even breaking NDA? I mean isn't it just the beta menu update for Gamescom?

Whenever an NDA is broke, there is an investigation. If the person broke it he could possibly ruin an opportunity for everyone involved. NDA is a serious thing.
Do anything come out of these investigations? I mean, do they get in serious legal trouble? I've seen so many NDAs being broken over the last few years.

Poor 343, this guy completely ruin their world premier of a menu. They had been working on it all year and this sociopath just fucked it all up.

Calling out somebody for leaking a menu. The second least important thing about a game besides the starting logo.

Calling breaking an NDA childish.

What the fuck. Its like im in 3rd grade again.

This is something completely different. this person signed an NDA and now there will be consequences for his childish actions.
"Oh no i've been spoiled of a menu. Now I can't be excited for Halo 5 Anymore" /s

As long as it's not the story being leaked I'm fine with just seeing a menu.

I don't understand how anyone can defend someone breaking a legally binding document/agreement. The content that they specifically showed doesn't matter. They broadcast footage of something they agreed not to. It's clear anyone here defending this person has never had to utilize a contract before if breaking it means nothing to you.

That's wrong, it doesn't matter what it was. It makes the entire program they are a part of more risky and less trustworthy for developers to utilize, and jeapordizes contracts with existing testers who follow the agreements they've signed.

It is nothing but childish and selfish to break an agreement you signed and were constantly reminded of. Yes they will be caught for being stupid, yes people have been caught before, and yes they will see consequences.

And what is the "right time" exactly?

SHOWMETHERECEIPTS.gif

Being "vigilant" and reporting someone for breaking NDA and then not specifically providing a timestamp or screencap is...odd?

If you're dumb enough to break NDA, you better triple check that shit.

I hope that UI is placeholder because it is rough. I want something with more finesse and detail on-screen not giant words with very little space for showing the player multiple menu options at once. I don't want to scroll through so many lists using the bumpers.

Edit: Thought I mentioned it but there's no need to have the Spartan model on-screen at all times. It makes me afraid that they're going with that baseball card UI again.

Haha say goodbye to your console and gamertag leaker! Don't deserve to test games if you break the NDA. These are very placeholder menus and will be in no way final either.

Just going by what happened to the guy who leaked the gears remastered stuff, he had his console disabled completely for awhile, banned and his gamertag banned.

Thank you couldn't have said that better while not being specific. ;-)
