Not really all - he 'leaked' a custom Titanfall Xbox One in the Box for the Titanfall bundle, not just a re-packaging of the current Xbox One in a spiffy Titanfall box.

He got the main point right though, so I'd chalk the up as correct (people were absolutely sure it wasn't going to happen last week, some sternly replied 'it would have happened by now') . He also got the massive Titanfall party right. So far so good.

Considering they keep saying "Halo 2 PC will be shut down soon" like every month and nothing happens I gotta believe they are just holding out til E3 to announce a Steam relase of 1-3.

I don't see it happening. More likely a Halo 5 beta which has gone back to old Halo roots in some way with a couple of Halo 2 maps which they can build on for Halo 5. A very long beta test to get the series back on track online.

The Halo 2 campaign will quite the task by itself. They don't need Halo 2 curbing the Halo 5 community, mesh them together.
Go back together, push forward together with the best formula.

Honestly if the Halo 2 MP isn't intact I'm not that interested in the campaign -- except Delta Halo.

While I do not have a Xbox One I hope this be good news for those that have one and are in need of some Halo goodness. I played most of them, not all on the 360 and if there's one thing I always liked was the Soundtrack. They made a great job with it in my opinion.

Either way, I'll be here for the E3 GAF-Hype even if I don't get to play this game. Good news are always good.

I'm not really interested in the Halo 2 campaign either but Frankie said they still have that E3 level tucked away, would be sweet to play it. Wait and see how substantial the make over is. Always felt a little claustrophobic, even Delta Halo though off map, more like it. 343 could do a lot with it by expanding and reworking some parts.

The more I see of stuff like this and the more I see Titanfall being pushed I am completely convinced that Microsoft had no business promoting the Xbox One at E3 and had no plans to release it last year. If I didn't know any better I would think that the March 11 Titanfall launch IS the Xbox One launch.

They still got out more first party games than the competition (even if they were ported from 360), so if this is true, that's pretty impressive. March 11 certainly feels like a relaunch for sure.

Yeah, I would like to see them venture out a bit and shake things up. Expand the Universe and characters to something better than Spartan IVs while their at it. Bring back ODSTs.

Chief will be in attendance at Launch. Possibly saved for E3, but Microsofts biggest games will not miss launch when they are going head to head with Sony. While not quite an original story, you'll play various missions from the Chief's career before Halo 1 in a squad based co op shooter. Think Halo x Borderlands in many ways -the character creation and upgrade system from Halo 4 is being carried over but will be pat of the campaign). Think spartan ops on steroids.
