Tag, you're it.
ILL, a realistic first-person action horror from Team Clout and Mundfish Powerhouse, releases in 2027!
Grotesque monsters, intriguing characters, advanced physics and a visceral dismemberment system.

Take a look at the latest trailer:

ILL is a realistic first-person action survival horror game that challenges even the most seasoned fans of the genre. The game plunges you into a grim world with an eerie, atmospheric story where every minute keeps you on the edge of your seat.
The game immerses you in its tense narrative that unfolds at a huge research fort. A mysterious source of evil and the horrific Aberrations it generates stand in the way of the main character saving what's most precious. ILL makes you feel every second of your struggle for survival.

Baby goes brrrr

ILL pushes the limits of the genre with gory realism: grotesque monsters can be maimed and mercilessly torn to pieces. Shredded flesh, exposed bones, and eviscerated carcasses will make an unprecedented impression and shock you to the core. The binaural audio system amplifies the emotional impact, allowing you to feel the agony in every scream.
Enemies are unpredictable, and the realistic physics make the environment not just a backdrop but an active part of the gameplay, including when solving puzzles. Your actions can affect the monsters' behavior and trigger unexpected reactions; they react to their surroundings on impulse and exhibit disturbingly human-like reflexes.

You'll feel the weight of every weapon in your hands with elaborate animations that reflect its unique physical properties.
Accuracy alone isn't enough, you'll have to check your diverse arsenal for defects, modify your weapons and upgrade them. Strategic inventory management is crucial to your survival. Your ability to create an item could determine the outcome of the battle.

Damn I've been watching ILL since the very first trailer all those years ago, seemed too advanced to be real but here we are, maybe this is the closest we'll ever be to having a "THE THING" body horror game that actually delivers on the scare and gore.

Finally its coming! It looks absolutely amazing. Hopefully it will have options for full path tracing.

The main dude is voiced by the Leon Kennedy voice actor btw.

The enemy designs looks fucking phenomenal. It's creepy and disturbing and this is exactly type of enemy I want to see in survival horror.

Day one.

Everything looks good BESIDES the TERRIBLE voice acting - we're talking meme levels of horrific VOs...

Which brings me.to (since this is also from mund fish): There's the Gold edition of Atomic heart (all DLCs included) going for 30 Eurodollars on PSN at the moment - yay or nay ?

I don't see what the game is...

this reminds me a lot of scorn where it looked all cool and gross but again there was just nothing really of substance shown and then the game was painfully average.

Looked fantastic…for a while I thought this was gonna be vaporware… I gotta look at the reveal again to see how big of a downgrade it is….i thought this new showing was pretty sexy

While I agree that the graphics appear to have gotten a slight downgrade, it's important to remember this is shown on PS5 pro. Earlier footage was probably on a high end PC, and might still be intact if you have the hardware. More importantly, this is the first time this looked like a real game and not a pre-rendered trailer, so my confidence for it actually ever arriving one day has gone way up!
