By the way it's crazy how many people included Hideo Kojima in their list. Konami what have you done.

Same as the first, but instead of good writing it has insanely crazy over-the-top concepts. I imagine some kind of Battle Angel Alita/Berserk/MGS-type weirdness and craziness.

I think you're making Sleeping Dogs 2. If what you want is a large engaging world with better writing and action gameplay than GTA... that's how I'd describe Sleeping Dogs.

Cage to make sure everything is animated to the extreme.
Molyneux to shit on everything the above two did.

I would probably choose Kojima, Nomura, and Miyazaki.
