How awesome would a Sleeping Dogs 2 E3 announcement be?

I would love it. If it's multiplayer like the word on the web-covered streets is, I'd be even more excited. :D

That is really the only thing I ended up wanting in SD. Some kind of crazy multiplayer free-roam. Imagine the possibilities...

the coolest

and not that far fetched, considering they said they were making the game and the first one was a huge success

Yup.

Hell I'd take a definitive edition. Some of the DLC was amazing and deserves to be played by more people.

Wasn't the name of the next Sleeping Dogs game "Triad Wars" or something like that?

I expect it at E3, to be honest, now that people have mentioned it. I completely forgot, that it existed.

I loved the first game, so I'd be very happy if it turns out to be a bona-fide sequel.

Even though I'm vegetarian I'd have a pork bun in celebration!

The next Sleeping Dogs better have a huge Raid homage though.

Can't wait to see the improved martial arts, I think Sleeping Dogs set a solid foundation but there's a lot of room for improvement. Also - for the love of god, no cross-gen. Max this shit out, baby!

Enjoyed it more than any other open-world game this gen. Went back to it regularly after beating the story and 100%ing it, something about Sleeping Dogs just felt right.
This topic has me itching to play it some more, but since I have the PS+ version and my sub ran out... :(

I'd be on board in a heartbeat. Loved Sleeping Dogs, the story was more enjoyable than any of the GTAs. And it was nice not roam around an American city for a change.

Yup. Sleeping Dogs 2 is called Triad Wars. Fully expect reveal and release this year.

This is a surprise to me, I didn't expect it to have a sequel. I hope that they smooth out the jankiness of the first, that was the only significant complaint I had with it.

Sleeping Dogs was one of the few sandbox shooters I actually really liked last gen so I would love to see a new one. A man who never gets a Sleeping Dogs sequel is never a whole man.

I got Sleeping Dogs with PS+ and loved it so much i bought all the Story DLC straight after finishing the single player and getting my Platinum :)

Cant wait to see what 2 is like, im betting if/when we get the PS4 versions its gonna be beautiful since the PC version of 1 seemed amazing form what i have seen.

Undoubtedly down on this. Sleeping Dogs was a blind purchase that year on a whim and turned into my favorite game for the year.

Would be fucking ace and lift the misery of shit surrounding my own personal opinion of E3's as of late.

Sleeping Dogs is one of my favourite games of all time so yeah... probably the only full price game I would get if it came out this year. That dev team is fantastic.

It took them 3-4 years to make Sleeping Dogs, so I didn't expect it to come out this year though. I don't mind where they set SD2, but I think it would be great if they continued to extend Hong Kong. A bigger city doesn't necessarily make a better game, but they can put more detail into the game without having to start from scratch.

Yup.

Hell I'd take a definitive edition. Some of the DLC was amazing and deserves to be played by more people.

I'd cop for 40, I really liked Sleepy Dogs and I wanted a definitive edition, if they brought it to current Gen with PC graphics and all DLC, I'd be there week 4 when it dropped to 40 dollars

it would be great, Sleeping Dogs was a nice surprise. the karaoke cracked me up

You might get it but kinda not.

Would be pretty happy if it does appear soon.

Only played the first because of PS+, figured I would give it a chance as it was "free" but didn't really have much interest in another "open world" game. Thankfully I was wrong, I really enjoyed it and would have been happy buying it was release. So while I can't go back in time, I'll be happy to buy their next game on release.
