I don't hate Christmas Music, hell, I'll play a song or two every now and then in between my usual music during the season. When treated like any other song, played at a random interval far between other songs, its fun.
Alas, I work in retail and they invoke the torture known as 24/7 Christmas music two months before Christmas in which they play Christmas music and nothing but Christmas music all day with the songs repeating themselves seemingly every 30 minutes because there aren't enough good Christmas songs out there to be able to offer any reasonable assurance I don't have to hear the same song more than twice during my shift every single day.
