How can Microsoft attract non-Americans with the Xbox One?

Microsoft is almost everywhere, there are versions of Windows in nearly every single language and yet Xbox support sucks more the further you get from the US.
The RROD was a disaster, there are many emerging countries where microsoft had a strong presence but because the X360 was not sold officially there then when you got a RROD you were literally FUBAR.
Given than in those countries the economy is growing microsoft would have to do a lot of good there to fix this situation, because last time I checked a lot of people there moved to PS3s, and probably will get a PS4 as well
Also given all the talk about TV and content microsoft should get out of hollywood and negotiate with media companies abroad to server local content in other markets. Many of those emerging economies dont have on-demand services yet so the One could get a foothold on that market instead of competing for scraps in the States

Xbone doesn't even try to compete with the PS4 as a gaming console. It tries to appeal as media hub with a gaming functionality. They target apple and co. That said, PS4 will probably be worldwide more successful (unless they screw up somehow), proly even in america. It might pick up some steam overseas in the US, but it won't lead. If the PS4 also launches first, MS will face dark times.
