This is kind of an odd question, but I was having a discussion with some friends about Mario Maker a while ago and we ended up on the topic of Super Mario World. All of us have played and beaten that game countless times, but as we were talking about it we realized that each of us had played the game rather recently.
One of my friends was talking about how he played it in one form or another at least once a month, and it dawned on me that I pretty much do that too. Through emulation on a phone, on Wii U, on a SNES, or some other means, I probably boot up Super Mario World at least once a month. Whenever I'm trying out a SNES emulator on some new device, the first game I test with it is usually Super Mario World. I had never stopped to think how often I actually still play the game all these years later.
Do any of you get this so-called Super Mario World urge?
