There's only one location, and it's in the middle of nowhere. Hardly a massive franchise chain lolSunrise (A massive franchise chain in Toronto)

don't they allow many processed foods to contain a certain amount of ground bug?
Are you gonna snitch on them? Smh...
That's just flavor right there.I found what I thought was a chicken foot in a bowl of soup, it was pretty horrible since it was my favourite flavour lol

I got a box of patties from PJay's this weekend. I'm like 3 minutes from them.My personal recommendation: Go to PJay's or Allwyn's instead. PJay's over Allwyn's.

If it was green, it wasn't a roach. A random beetle is much less damning than a roach, imo, since roaches or flies suggest an unhygienic kitchen environment.
If you have picture evidence, I'd upload it to Yelp / Google and just describe the restaurant's inaction to your complaint. You could write a bad review without the picture, too.

Chicken feet are wonderful.
Time to sue the bicycle company.I had a bug hit my face when I was cycling the other day. These fuckers need to be taken down a peg.
it's hilarous how people expect restaurants to stop nature from existing inside of the restaraunt.
like people complaining how flies get into their food, what are they supposed to do? every time the customer opens the door they let a fly in and those bug fuckers suicide into the nearest piece of food matter.
Now hair getting into food you can prevent, but bugs it's near impossible unless your restaurant is a goddamn vacuum sealed space.

It's basically skin and ligaments, which absorb the flavor of whatever it's cooked in.Wouldn't they be horrible and boney.
Exactly. This guy didn't find a bug in his food, he found more food in his food. We should be suing him.You should be paying them for that extra protein. Shit ain't cheap.
It's really weird to see so many people acting like finding a cockroach in food is normal or even to be expected
