Look, I'm not a fucking perfect boyfriend, I know that. Nobody is. But I've never cheated on anyone I've been with. Ever. Because it's fucking bullshit to be cheated on, and I don't want to ever do that to someone. YOU DID, therefore you're not only not the perfect boyfriend, you're pretty low on the spectrum dude. Don't get me wrong, there are wife beaters and shit that are much lower, but right now you're a far cry from even Zach Morris. You cheated, and what's worse you're a sister fucker. Alcohol is no excuse, there are many of us who like to get intoxicated around people that aren't our girlfriends and we don't fuck them. If that's a problem you have, DON'T DO IT. So man up and tell her and realize it's over, trying to keep her in a relationship is only going to make it worse for her. If she really is Miss Wonderful Perfection and all that, it's even more reason to man up and break it off now, because you're an even bigger cocksucker for every extra ounce of hurt you throw on her through this.

Stop talking about "your girlfriend". You don't have any girlfriend anymore, she just doesn't know it yet. Just hope she isn't the type to tell everyone about it, otherwise many people will correctly identify you as an asshole and won't want to have anything to do with you anymore.

edit: The main question now should be whether or not to tell your former girlfriend that her sister was trying to seduce you. The more you stretch that angle, the more their relationship will be fucked up. It's not going to work as an excuse, because frankly, there is no excuse for fucking your girlfriend's sister, and she, along with her friends, will never forgive you for that.
 
Sooo many people are gonna be angry here, but I don't really care much, its just what 3 hours can do =O. I always have the upper-hand *cue evil laugh*. So, turns out that she has a boyfriend, 4 years relationship too and that she has been loyal for all these years. A close friend of her informed me she had a crush on me and would find it interesting to fuck her sister's boyfriend. She had success... nice, a fantasy fulfilled, though this was never in my fantasy to-do list (ok, beach sex was part). The pill has been purchased just in case and I will be giving it to her early tomorrow as I gotta pick the girls up in the morning.

My great plan? Give her the pill is the essential part. I don't want Relix Jrs around. Second, ask if she remembers. Now, if she remembers... proceed to next plan: extortion. If she doesn't I can either refresh her mind or keep it that way. My GF? I will not tell her anything.

Now now, I know the insults that will follow, but I am not gonna screw up the relationship with her, hell its been 2 months and I didn't get laid with some random girl that was an accomplishment for me. I'll settle things down; yeah I know I sound like an asshole, but what would you do in my place? I am not a white-hearted do-good guy, I do things for my own benefit and good, the whole world can disappear and I wouldn't give a shit as long as those I care for don't go with it (AKA family and friends... which I have MANY if you need to ask). Sociopath... no, I am probably the most social guy on the world, its just that I've learned to be apathetic.

I made my mind to tell her after the recording... a few minutes ago I said no but now I said... WTF? Do I really wanna live with this? Personally I'd opt for telling your girlfriend you cheated on her, not saying who with, and end it so your girlfriend takes minimal emotional damage.
