Do not tell her, leave her if its that much of a burden or if the lil sis is pushing for more of the same. Word of warning if she ever finds out, I would say 50% chance she will, you are screwed and not in a good way.

I'm going to throw in my two cents, personally I would probably end the relationship, especially since it's only 2 months old and you've cheated twice. I would not let her know it was her sister you fucked though, it will stir so much shit with that family, no need to for it. Just break up with her and if you need to get if off you chest just tell her you cheated, but don't reveal with who.

You like this girl now, but if this thing keeps going by for a while and your further investing feelings into this girl while things get increasingly serious, then your only going to be more heartbroken when eventually the tale breaks.

Everyone makes mistakes, Relix. The problem is that you don't seem to learn from yours. Obviously the guilt isn't bad enough to get you to mend your ways. If this girl is half as decent as you have described, you do not deserve her. Period.
The problem here is that she doesn't deserve to be hurt by your actions. Also, nobody be fooled, the sister is as guilty as you are in this situation....... and as painful as it will be for your EX, she does deserve to know that she's surrounded by snakes, disguised as loved ones. Hopefully it doesn't destroy her and she can push forward.
Being cheated on is one of the most terrible things someone who is in love can endure, this I know. Time spent in secrecy only makes it worse- personally, I couldn't believe I was so stupid and naieve to not see the (now obvious) signs. It ruins one's trust in humanity..... at least for a while.
