If you could revive one cancelled game, which one would you choose?

I know, but it was cancelled, never released to retail and never got a chance to sell.

No online and the dreamcast flopped = its forgotten about.

What was the title of this thread?

Oh yes now I remember why I posted propeller arena.

I can't tell if I i'm witnessing your internal monologue or you're being sarcastic, but i'm leaning towards the latter.

All I was saying is, unlike many (any?) of the other other games in this thread, you can actually play the finished version of Propeller Arena. I wasn't saying it wasn't a valid choice, merely pointing out that it could be done in case you (or I guess anyone else) didn't know?

Torn between Star Wars: 1313 and Prey 2, because I have desperately wanted a Bounty Hunter sequel since the original. Both of those were bounty hunter games, and I loved the Blade Runner vibes.

I'll give this round to Prey 2. The aim for open-world hubs was fantastic. Mass Effect, Chinatown, and Blade Runner are pretty high up there as favorite things of mine and it looked like the interests were crossing paths here.

That Final Fantasy Fortress by GRIN looked good, bu god knows how much SE loves to shut down everything that picks fans interest.

Back in 1987, Nintendo developed a game based on the movie Hellraiser for the NES. It was cancelled because they couldn't get the battery-backup system in the cartridge to work at the time. I would gladly pay for a current-gen version of a Hellraiser game.

.

This sounds like utter BS. Battery saving was not a difficult thing at all and regardless the devs could have went with a ridiculous password system. If the game was cancelled it was not because of 'Just' a save system.

^whar the hell is that?

2 Days to Vegas:
The screens looked amazing.

True Fantasy Live Online:
I would have bought an Xbox for this game :(

Agent?
Star Wars 1313
WipEout PS4
Sony Santa Monica's apparent 4yr developed title, love those guys.
Borderlands as per original teasers & trailers

Prey 2. Despite having not played the first one the sequel looked amazing and I'd be very surprised if it looks anything like it did when it gets re-revealed by Arkane.

Edit: LMNO and Splinter Cell Conviction before the complete redesign

I'm quite enjoying hearing about old titles I had once followed.

Kingdoms of Amalur. The MMO. Not like I was going to play it or anything, I just kinda wanted to see Curt Schilling become a real player in the industry.

Stalker 2
Stalker is one of the best FPS series of all time and I'm still butthurt over never gonna get another one. WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What was that Natural Disaster game, or Emergency Something Something that got canned around the time of the NZ and Japanese quakes back in around late '10 -'11? Yeah, that one. I am bummed about that.

Lol@the little quote in the corner.

Either;

Day of the Tentacle HD.
Full Throttle 2
Sam and Max: Freelance Police

I'd say yes to DOTTHD and Sam and Max, but no to Full Throttle.

As much as I love the first Full Throttle, Full Throttle Hell on Wheels looked like a really shitty beat 'em up with little relation to the great writing and characters of the first game. Also, the 3D character designs were disgusting looking.

I was actually really glad it got cancelled.

Was coming in here to say Darksiders or something, but Metroid Dread... that's a lot better.

I don't know if this counts or not, but: Super Mario Galaxy 3DS.

If you're implying DS3 is cancelled, it's not. It's probably going to be developed by Crytek USA (ex Vigil) if Nordic Games play ball.
