You have to be comfortable with the same trim length for the rest of your life. Tattoo density won't change even as the rest of your scalp hair density does. Quality of the inks may degrade over time (not sure what pigment they're using, but I think this is a fair assumption regardless).

Incredibly painful, it'll fade over time and good luck getting that retouched to match exactly the first time. I'm sure it'll look really weird with actual hair growing in.
