I'm not sure if anyone suggested this, but Sony should do something similar to Android. They have up to 2 hours to get a refund.

Two hours might be enough for smartphone games but it's not good enough for I'd say the majority of PC and console games. It's one of the big issues I have with Steam's refund policy.

I've got two refunds from sony no problem. I don't want to defend them but that has been my experience.

Sounds like it was just a shitty customer service rep.

The rep meant that he couldn't play THAT copy of the fame anymore. Thus whole thread is a non issue.

I'm lucky if I have a game downloaded in 2 hours with the speeds I get on PSN.

Agree though but make it at least 48 hours.
