BackerKit has resolved the problem - it looks like the shipping fee wasn't being properly flagged on IGG's side, thus their importer got it wrong.

If you used your mistaken Bonus Credit, it won't be viable any more, and you'll either need to pass on your credit card info or cancel the add-on to clear things up.

Yeah now it mentions the $15 shipping as part of of the cost. Makes no difference to me either way. If not for shipping I would have just used it as a $15 tip jar anyway.

Hey Ravi, just in case the questions were mixed up on the last page regarding specific add-ons:

A. Any update on whether a Lanshi plush may still be planned?
B. Is there a possibility of dev signatures (signed physical editions) to still being considered as an add-on option?

I was watching some past videos and completely forgot about the optional custom painted console that was a prize for the winner of those Indivisible Prototype runs! Assuming the winner chose it, I wonder how it'll look.

Do BackerKit upgrades get counted in the total on the IGG page? Or is this behind the scenes in the same way PayPal contributions and upgrades don't get counted in totals on Kickstarter?

Hm, I still see the "InDemand-Benefactor" tier on the original IndieGogo page. Is it gone from the Backerkit?

Giclee, if I understand, is a high quality type of art print. We've seen a draft of the final image via the update talking about the limited edition physical.

Yeah the tier is gone from the backerkit. If it was taken out for some reason, I'll probably switch to the Advocate tier.

I didn't know about that. Huh. Beautiful art piece though. Can't wait!

Hopefully it is a future add on... Really want more plushes, lol!

I also had the problem that no shipping fee was showing at Backerkit when I completed the survey, so I just threw it into the tip jar.
I wrote you a private message on the Indiegogo platform but have not received a reply yet.
Anyway, I have now updated the survey, deleting the jar tip and leaving the extra money I had to pay for the shipping fees.

You should send an email to make sure everyone affected gets to update their survey, I wouldn't have known about it if I hadn't come across your post.

Finished my bakcerkit survey and got a spare shirt as an add on.
Do we know when the credit card is going to be charged for add-ons?
is it just around the end of the survey period on the 31st?

We'll be tallying it and adding it up on the IGG page probably once a week or so, since info doesn't flow from BackerKit to IGG.

The voice actors asked us to end it, because they were afraid the total was going to become too much for them to handle.

A. We've begun discussing a Lanshi plush with Sanshee, but no timeframe on when we might be able to commit to anything.

B. I have no idea how we'd make this work, but I'll think on it. My main concern is that everything is supposed to get manufactured and sent to a fulfillment center, and signing stuff means pulling them out of the shipments and shipping them separately.

Also, what would a fair price be for this, even?

B. I recall you assuming it'd be a fulfillment nightmare before, so for all I know, it's not practical or feasible. It's just an idea I know myself and some others may be interested in.
Speaking for myself, $150 - $200 would fall in a price I'd consider fair regarding labor and segmented shipping (at least within the U.S.). I could be overestimating it a little, but in the case of labor especially the last thing I'd consider fair is all the signing sit-down time for too little per box.

Hmmm. The eyes design is already pretty great; I had to get both colors in the backer kit with my extra credit I had left over after the end of the campaign.

Uhh...maybe something Lanshi related? I'm kind of blanking.

Hm, I don't know if I'd come up with concepts quite as minimalist and sleek as some of Lab Zero's. I have no clue! I'd simply rather trust them on that front.

For an "Easy" answer, maybe the Indivisible logo? (Except with no text)

Quick question about the Physical Rewards:

If I get the Physical PC version, is it just going to be a steam code? I ended up deciding that I don't want a PS4, yet at the same time, I don't really want a steam code on a disc shipped to me.

EDIT: Also, while I got the $60 tier, the backerkit is trying to give me both digital and physical rewards, and I'm confused about that.

Totally understandable, it really does throw a wrench in the logistics machine. Although, I'm wondering as oppose to signing the boxes, if it would be more doable to have a separate signed item as an add-on instead, like a signed poster or something. I think it would be really cool to have it on my wall alongside the giclee print.

EDIT ADDED: And I like Ultimadrago's idea with just the symbol behind the title.

So saw on twitter that all backer kits emails have been sent out but I don't see an email for me.
It's probably because I just contributed so probably some delay but just wants to make sure.

According to Rav's previous post, I'm guessing the Eyes designs will be exclusive to its tier (Supporter) and above. The shirt design in question would instead be available for all tiers to add-on, so that there's an option for supporters below the T-Shirt tier without diminishing the value of the current T-Shirts rewarded to the unique tier.

Ravidrath, I didn't see any while filling my survey but is there a measurements (cm/inch) chart or something for the T-shirt sizes? I picked Medium for now, but I've had instances in the past where even an M-sized shirt was a tad too big for my liking.

For what it's worth, since the eyes design T-shirt is so simple, I'd want the other design to be less subtle. I mean I prefer simpler designs usually, but if there's going to be a second T-shirt might as well go for something different.

Also I want something, anything, that features the whole indivisible cast. Has there been official art featuring the entire cast? Cause if it exists I missed it. I'm not even sure if all the character designs are final yet, since I know when they were all originally revealed they were still "concepts" even though they looked pretty good to me.
