You should be able to just go to the Network menu, between Game and PSN and select download management

No, you can delete de account 'cause it isn't a item buyed or purchased with a code.
The infamous demo downloaded from the HK store isn't attached to any profile. The one downloaded with a code is attached to the one who input the code.
