The PS4 for us has been great, we can fun at Full 1080p, 30 frame per second rock solid, and just throw tons of triangles, tons of pixels, tons of particles at the screen. It’s just amazing. It’s actually been a surprise that it’s been this easy for us to get the game to run as fast as it does and to run as spectacular as it does

Variable. If you looked at the sky you could get 60fps, but not regularly during gameplay.

I'll take great lighting and destruction at 30fps over sacrifices at 60fps. Game looks great. They know what they're doing.

People are in fantasy land that a city-based GTA-style open world game with a ton of enemies using flashy super powers (as well as the player) that also happens to look like one of the best graphical showcases of the generation so far, is going to clock in at 1080p/60fps.

It was never going to be 60fps. And no AAA open world console game will ever be 60fps.

To this day I wonder how Burnout Paradise managed 60FPS on consoles as an open world. I know; it's a racing game, but consider this: no NFS game after Paradise has reached 60 frames on consoles.

Might be the odd one in this next-gen rat race, but performance > visual fidelity for me. with the technology we have now it shouldn't be hard to make games hit 60 on the spot (with obvious exceptions, like open world titles.)

The neon stuff looked freakin awesome tho. Good after-images havent been a thing since PS2 Shinobi.
