it will probably open the show for Sony for release the following month, like the last of us remastered

Even then, they've got Until Dawn to push.

Porting a PS3 exclusive, that has no x86 codebase to work from, isn't as easy or cheap as a multiplatform port.
It just wouldn't be worth the millions it would probably cost.

And it gain very little from 60fps or even 1080p since it's basically a movie (if it were a shooter for example the extra clarity would help with lining up shots). But of course the biggest reason is it won't make enough money.

I don't think Beyond flopped and it'd benefit greatly from a more stable framerate, higher quality AA, AF, depth of field and so on with little artist involvement.
