Coming in to join the party. Been trying to refresh since I got up this morning with absolutely no luck. It sucks since this is the only way I'll be able to get my hands on the LE stuff living in Japan. Definitely not looking forward to this Friday's release of the Echoes LE if this is any indication.

All true. Sorta. Since you are technically in Japan you can get hit with a tax (8%?) Tenso shipping can be pricey (EMS). Assuming all packages get there in one box, if not there is a consolidation fee of 500 yen per item consolidated. Then you can get hit with import fees depending on where you live. I spend a lot of money with Tenso monthly. But to the US it gets here fast. But then it requires a signature which means I get the next day (never home) when I go down to the post office to get it.

Omg I'm so lucky, I was literally about to leave for groceries. As I'm typing this I already have my coat on and bag on my shoulders. I was just doing one last refresh before I left and bam, everything loaded and adding stuff to my cart and checking out went super smooth!

What are the downsides from ordering from Japan?
Will one still get it on launch day? I know region lock isn't a thing anymore but won't you have to change language settings and all that.

You might have to wait a few days if you import. You should be able to set it to English. Main downside would be the plug, I guess.

I saw your post and decided to get up from bed and try on my PC again... But what do you know my PC completely refuses to turn on, seems like the power supply is dead. Unbelievable!

Was it? I wasn't aware, man if so I missed out. I was under the impression that it would only be available from the My Nintendo Store.
As for the store, seems I missed that maintenance stuff from earlier. On a break now and still no luck with the refresh lottery. Ah well, everything's bound to be gone next time I can check in...

The difference between that one and the LE is that Valentia Complete also includes a Fire Emblem Cipher card of Celica, an artbook and a Fire Emblem HD Movie Collection.

I see two LEs for Echoes on Amazon, what's the difference between them?
The cheaper one includes some Amazon JP exclusive bonus which is...an original cleaner pouch. The more expensive one (thanks, 3rd party sellers) includes a limited card from the Fire Emblem Cipher TCG (assuming it's not the Alm card which is already included in all LE).
