Emm seems like he's going crazy after his new IP Devil's Third got destroyed by the press ansd totally bombed 
Lots of salt about Team Ninja and his past games that others are taking care of as well, but that's understandable.
He's right on the fact that if they (Team Ninja and Tecmo/Koei) have made a game they should have the balls to release it worldwide even if only digitally.
Btw someone should tell Itagaki that Team Ninja is doing many collaborations these days and their new IP could very well be NI OH.

Galapagos syndrome refers to how culture, tech, and/or media in an isolated country (such as Japan) develop with more and more specificity to that country, possibly becoming irrelevant to the rest of the world.
As for "lolita complex" and "chicken" - well, they've built the game around the "legal loli" character that was created after Itagaki left, in order to appeal to the local crowd, and now they're afraid to release it in the west. Pretty Galapagosian, if you ask me.
They're not lolitas at all, compared to Marie Rose.
If you dig under the shitty graphics you'll probably find that Devil's Third is one of the best games of 2015.

Itagaki is awesome. Created two of the GOAT games (NGB, NG2) and doesn't give a fuck about what he says. He thinks something and just says It. I respect the balls on the guy to not give a fuck.
Someone hire this guy and put him to work on an actual Ninja game in the vein of NG.

- He's right. If you're scared to release something due to a fear of backlash, then you probably shouldn't have made it in the first place. Maybe not add a child in disguise next time?
- The Jetskis sucked man... what are you talking about?
- Why would you even mention Devil's Third when you're trying to play the offense?
Yes, because the fictional age of 18 is what matters here... Marie Rose only has that age as a safeguard, both to avoid a Dead or Alive Dimensions scenario from repeating, and also for deflection purposes so people can fall back on "bu-but she's 18! It says so right there on her fictional birth certificate!".
Sega should have him reboot Shinobi... that's if Platinum can't be persuaded of course (wouldn't blame them at this point).

It's not quite so crude. It's more like... being so finely attuned to a certain ecosystem as to not be functional outside of it. In fact, you could call it the opposite of unevolved - it's a product that's too specialised - "overevolved".
