I would say if you take everything into account Kanye is definitely one of the GOATs. In terms of hip hop producers he's easily in the top 10 alongside the Dre's, Premier's, RZA's and so on.

His actual technical rapping ability is ok, but Kanye has the overall vision and makes great overall songs. His vision helps to make up for that.
