Somehow I really don't know if it's really going to be the new MC of his next game or just a character of his universe. Well knight armor is related to souls, obviously, as is the whole glowy skeletal figure which is reminiscent of something soulsy.

Of course knight armor is related to a lot of things, just telling you why people probably thought of souls when seeing this, as its something that has a lot of mindshare right now.

I know Kojima is eccentric as **** but is all of this... Necessary? I mean, a statue representing the full body of your logo before you've released your first game or even have a full team or an office. I don't think Konami licenses the engine out to use. Plus there's a question of whether Kojima would even want to work with Konami on any level now.
