I wish this happened a couple of years ago because I'm not so sure she can still pull it off. I'll always root for gaga, but I'm not as confident in her as I was a couple years back.

I could see her opening with one of her classic hits before moving into new material. What's the trend for half time shows? Obviously they're supposed to market the artist, so you would want some new(er) material.

If we are lucky she is going to limit herself to play her hits from The Fame - The Fame Monster with Beyonce as a guest star to salvage the shitshow this is totally going to be because nobody is here for her BTW, ARTPOP and Joanne trash.

Sorry to say, the half time show is for talented legends that make good music only. Gaga's gonna kill it live with her Whitney-esque vocals.

BTW Carly Rae Jepsen will book a half time show before Kanye the way things have been going for him. Poor you.

Good for gaga! She does have the best live vocals of all current bug American pop girls bar beyonce and ariana. Lots of songs from TFM and the title track of BTW. Maybe a cover of Mariah' Hero (7th #1 of 18) and we're done here :)

Gaga is great, much better than some bullshit like Metallica or whatever other old out of touch rock bands people want to perform. Looking forward to it.

I don't really listen to her, but I'm cool with this. People will be bummed, as they usually are, but the Super Bowl is about as mainstream accessible as American sports get, so obviously they're going with popular artists for the half-time show.

yeah that aint ever happening.

kinda boring choice considering how basura her newest song is but i think it could be fun depending on the setlist. she had some dope tracks before.

i expected nothing out of last year but then Beyonce and Bruno Mars killed it though, should have dumped coldplay except for that nice tribute to a bunch of halftime acts that they did near the end.

Most of you can probably calm down, halftime shows with the rare exception are usually said artists hits in a medley.

And I don't mind this at all, not a fan of her music but it's a keep the people busy while the teams are in the locker rooms for the half not a concert, so spectacle is good.

I would rather see a pop star like Katie Perry come out and be entertaining than watch a band who's music I actually respect a lot come out and shit the place up like the Who did.

Thank goodness for Animal Planet and the Puppy Bowl, saving us from shitty Super Bowl halftime shows for more than a decade-- and counting.
