Seriously, my hype for the Xbox One was through the roof! Coming off the 360 (minus the awful Kinect years) I was so excited to get my Xbone at launch. Even canceled my PS4 to use more funds to get more Xbone games! What a fucking disappointment after the 360. Everything the 360 did perfectly was either removed from the Xbone or wasn't there at launch (and when it did arrive didn't work well at all).
I then purchased a PS4 and never looked back. Still love my Series X but damn they completely dropped the ball with the Xbone. Greedy, dumb fuckers.

Hope he is laughing his ass off, made great and easy money being a hypeman and professional fanboy.
Probably why many people are jealous and talk bad of him.
Not one person here would not do the same job if they had the opportunity.

also, I always found his mannerisms to be weird (to say the least), dude had this creepy quality about him.

He always, always looked like a soulless company shill devoid of any charisma and personality, I seriously can't understand how these kind of people get PR positions that have to also interconnect and interact with a fan base and/or customers.

Dude always looked like my elderly neighbor before even getting old - at least my neighbor wasn't a complete charisma black hole.

Was Larry adorable as a child? What kind of lunches did you pack for him? Does he remember to call?
 
End of an era for sure, feels like he's always been around, I remember listening to his podcast in the 360 days. Don't understand his job position though. Who's the equivalent at Sony or Nintendo or Apple or anyone?

Sony Equiv is/was Probably, Yoshida. Nintendo? Maybe... Doug Bowser.
 
I remember he used to post on Gaf. I always liked him and he was a good personality for the brand.

I didn't know he was still around in the company to be honest. He used to be all over the place during 360 and into the XB1 launch with weekly updates.

Wish him the best, I liked the positivity from him.
 
Have always found him awkward, been puzzled forever for why he was in that position.

..But wish him no ill, best of luck on new endeavors.
 
Now that he's leaving Xbox he can finally live out his dream of owning a used car dealership, helping folks with their Nigerian inheritances, selling reverse mortgages, and other such Noble pursuits.
