Let's talk about "creepshots"

They make it illegal to have photos on people on the internet without their consent?

Treat the photographed person as a model automatically, maybe even treat the act of intentionally taking a picture of a stranger as a binding contract, thus requiring the subject's consent if you wish to publish the picture.

Practically, it would just mean that people who still take these pictures would either keep them to themselves, trade the pictures directly to other users, but no longer publish them online on places such as reddit and other forums.

That's certainly an improvement over the current situation I'd say.

The situation you're describing is literally impossible to implement. How can I prove that an ass shot of me is well, me? How can I contact everyone in a blurry nightclub photo for their consent, what if it's a group of people I just met?

The red tape involved with just getting facebook pictures taken down would take years. This is one of those things that is a side effect of the technology as is, the only way to curb it is to take away every camera phone on the planet.

Has to do with your poor lifting numbers more than anything.

To be fair, your initial post sort of reeked of those type of undertones. Also, there is no 'level of debate' being made for your argument of attention seeking; you said something dumb and that was that, basically.
No, I said something that I believe to be true but that others disagree with - which is fine - and then of course I get the predictable accusations of misogyny because thats the easy way out.

And of course if you actually gave a shit about the privacy issue of these women you would not have included a truck load of these kind of images in your damn OP.

Probably already mentioned, but as a guy I'd be over the moon if I caught a girl taking a secret snapshot of my ass :)

I'm at a doctors waiting room, laughing at hippos vs creeps. This thread is gold.

Seriously, I find the abundance of cameras disconcerting. A tourist took a photo of me in a bathrobe at our balcony the other day from the street. Shameless.
Maybe I thought you were a celebrity, you beautiful arrogant prick!

Sometimes women comment on my having a sexy ass but certainly no one of them have snapped a pic (that I know of). I have personally taken a pic of a friend sleeping because she looked cute, not really sure it counts though cause this phenomenon looks awfully butt driven

I can't remember if this girl was either wearing tights or yoga pants, but I was at a yogurt place some months back and a girl was sitting at a stool. Since she was wearing yoga pants(or tights) and the material stretched then, for all intents and purposes, I saw her ass with black thong and all. Then there's the kicker that she had to have been in high school which obviously made me feel awesome and not awkward in the slightest.

At some point decency comes into play and while I don't think yoga pants = whore, it is getting awkward being able to not use my imagination when looking at a girl's lower half.
What about women wearing dresses and jeans like two of them in the OP?

Whats wrong with sweat pants? Or other "comfy" clothing? IF they like their yoga pants so much, why is it hard to wear a skirt over it? What happened to those? I don't wear pants showing off the size of my dick because it's comfortable. Whats wrong with maxi dresses? There are alternatives to this whole wave of people wearing yoga pants, and even worse leggings.

Leggings AREN'T pants. It's an undergarment, and it should be worn like one, meaning with other clothing on top of it.
Why should you, or anyone else, care about why she chose yoga pants over any other option?

I know GAF will disagree but "She just likes them" is a valid enough reason. Anyone should be able to choose what to wear without being afraid of people thinking you are "asking for it".

Well of course can women wear what they want, but I'd just see a creeper like some force of nature. You can't argue with it, you can't prevent it, it's just gonna happen :/
Why do anything against creepers then.

Probably already mentioned, but as a guy I'd be over the moon if I caught a girl taking a secret snapshot of my ass :)
It's almost as if creepers and sexual assaults were totally different to either gender.

Right, because it's the women's responsibility for men to have self-control.

It's men's responsibility to have self control, but it's women's responsibility to protect themselves.

Oh, I'm going to go walk around with my money hanging from my pockets. It's more comfortable. My pockets don't feel as full.

Oh? I got robbed? Fuck. It's not my fault.

Fucking TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. I'm not saying creeps won't be creeps. I never said that.

Don't make the job EASY for creeps. If you wear yoga pants. There is no effort for them to take a picture of your ass. If you were a skirt over that, they at least have to get within close proximity. Like that link above of the guy getting caught, he got caught because he had to get so close. It increases the risk for them and increases the chance someone will catch them, and when you do? Hit them in the god damn dick.

Don't just HAND the opportunity to them.

Lock your damn car. Set the alarm on your house before you go.

You can't prevent your car or house being broken into, but you can fucking take measure to prevent this.

Give me a fucking break.

I disagree.
All you need to do to take down a picture of yourself is to just contact the website hosting said picture (this applies to both facebook as well as amateur porn websites). That's how things are today, if this law was implemented it'd be more with a deterrent purpose to make the big websites stop these photos rather than involve some sort of removal process.

I'm going to say this as nice as I can: this reeks of the classic victim-blaming mindset/scenarios.

perhaps a nice burqa

Why do guys believe everything women, particularly hot women, do has your possible reaction in mind?

Yes, they're comfy. Yes, they make you look good. Doesn't mean you wear them because "Man, I hope among the dudes who will stare at it today one of them is rich and hot and has a big dick"

Obviously, hot women are thinking that unconsciously.

Why else would they dress like sluts?

What about women wearing dresses and jeans like two of them in the OP?

I'm just talking about yoga pants since their relative decency was the topic at the moment. And I doubt rampant unchecked masculinity is at the heart of most of this voyeuristic nonsense.

For the record, creepshots are creepy, weird, and should be frowned upon.

Oooo, bolding and all! I included the pics because I expected (which was true) that many people didn't know what 'creepshots' were before now. I sure as hell didn't know it was a thing or what it was, and neither did a lot of people.

But sure, try to turn the tides away from your generalizations as being opinions that can be disagreed with rather than just plain wrong. You've had multiple women in this thread say the exact opposite of what you had lied out to be your preconceptions of how all women think..

Dude, you're accusing anyone who is wearing yoga pants to have had it coming to them. That's pretty much the same exact argument used for rape victim blaming. I don't think you realize how ridiculous you sound that woman can't be allowed to wear any type of yoga pants, and if they do, they should expect to be barraged with creepers. smh

Fuckin' creeps, ruining things for the good photographers. A good photographer can catch some really nice candid moments in public, but with these creepers going around it's going to make people question the actual photographers. And the actual photographers might feel a bit subconscious when they take their photos.

So creepers are now rapists.
Lack of decency all around I say.

I think someone told me some schools have banned yoga pants. Oh these distractions!

He's not talking about assault.
It's the same fucking argument. Go onto whatever creeper imgur album there is and you'll find plenty of shots of normal girls in normal jeans and shirts, it's not all yoga pants. Anton's point is still 100% valid.

No, I mentioned yoga pants, and that's what I'm going off of. Like I said, creeps will be creeps. Women will ALWAYS be targeted, I was just referring to yoga pants and leggings which people like to wear as normal pants.

Shit, its not far off in my eyes. It's just wrong. Showing those kinds of invasive tendencies, who knows where else they might land.

4 for $5 that delicious candy

Where?

Im not talking about that ass candy either... Kit Kat + Hershey Almonds Ho!

Staples, yo. And don't forget the barrel of single wrapped Twizzlers. You can't run a business without at least one of those.

If a woman wanted a picture of me to frig off too, I'd send her a portfolio, but I guess that's just me. I wouldn't expect any one else to feel the same. Plus women don't normally work that way anyway. I wouldn't even try to defend people snapping secret ass pics.

How about you edit the pictures out of your OP. If it is wrong why contribute to it?

I haven't posted any images taken of womens butts against their will or knowledge - in fact I have stated that I think it is creepy. You, on the other hand, have posted such exact pictures.

I was at the GYM working out on the floor matt when I see this girl doing leg raises, and well..you could see everything. Not sure if they don't care or don't know. Yoga pants are not clothes. Even women will agree.
Awareness is important.

Also, when the day comes that we finally have sexbots and men and women dont have to interact with each other anymore, I think the world will be a better place.

well, the opinions were based in his own experiences.

What about if a guy did it?

And posted it on Reddit?

I'd honestly still be pretty flattered, I'd enjoy the validation.

It's still creepy in the context of this thread, and I'd never dream of taking a creepshot of a girl I thought was hot, but I do think on the whole guys would be far less bothered about this than women.

Honestly that's besides the point. If men held the same standing as women(just with the roles reversed), there'd be outrage as well. There's nothing in a male's genetics that makes him ok with being sexually objectified.

Almost all the female trainers at my gym wear "stretchy pants". These are Olympic weightlifting trainers, and some are gay. If you're talking "stereotype attention whores", these people don't fit the bill and definitely would not be looking for attention from males.
