Looks good, but honestly this could have been a DLC instead of a brand new game
How so?
Where is UnKarted: Drake's Acceleration? Sony?!
I would kill for a good kart racer on PS3, but this looks too close to MDR and there's just something in the physics that turn me off.
CTR 4 life
Agreed. I hope UFG have been tinkering with the physics model for this game. Otherwise, trailer looks pretty good.
This looks good :O
Looks quite good, would've loved to get Unkarted, but maybe this will do the trick.
Unfortunately there's no love for the Vita:
"As for the Vita, currently there are no plans to release a Vita version of this game."

Along with fan favorite racing and battle modes, players will be able to modify the rules of the game itself to create completely new modes and challenges. All of this is wrapped up in a community experience that should have LBP fans feeling right at home.
what's the modnation community gonna say about this?
I think my biggest problem with this is that it throws MNR Vita under the bus. Why even bother with more MNR games when you've already ditched it on console? It makes absolutely no sense.
I'm not sure how everyone is defining physics, but MNR had great driving, it was just to complicated and too hard. They need to realize who the audience is for this type of game; ages 5+, not hardcore 15+.
LOADTIMES LOADTIMES LOADTIMES
United Front is behind this.
All my hype is gone.
Maybe the LBP2 map creator is good enough to make any type of game!
Hmmm, is it a game, or a LBP addon? Looks interesting. Has the aesthetics, and customization maybe.
Where does this leave Modnation?

Hopefully this time they have decent stock levels and powerups that aren't lame as shit. MNR doesn't have me very hopeful.

Hey Shrapnel__, thanks for the MNR love, its much appreciated
Weve crammed so much new functionality into LBPK that bringing creations forward from MNR unfortunately wont be possible. We cant wait to see what the community will create with all the new tools available!

Hey Rytteren, the team at UFG has been hard at work on our engine to address both of the concerns you call out here. I think you will like the results!
