Yeah, I know. Unfortunately, Sakura Note bombed and I think it will be difficult for him to find a producer, also because DS is on its dead way.

It's dumb fun. It's not trying to be edgey or clever. You can either appreciate it, or not. I take no offense in being called immature. I embrace it, enjoy it, and buy it along with all of my more serious gaming selections.
 
I've already long since given up on being on the same page as most gamers. Now I'm shooting for a separate book.

This generation has been a bag of assholes for niche gamers like myself.

Honestly? I respect Suda, and I like playing crazy ass games sometimes. There's just something about the zombies and cheerleader bit that really turns me off. If you're into it - great.

So, is it like, so unoriginal its original?

I'd venture a yes, Shadows of the Damned was an homage to horror and this is looking to be an homage of sorts to Zombies. Isn't that Frank's head (from Dead Rising) on her hip? Should be cool to see references to L4D, Walking Dead, Romero, Shaun of the Dead, etc.

Well I'm not sure what makes a title an XBLA title, but game looks fun to me regardless of how it can be purchased.

And the zombie boat never sails. It's always cool. Do you guys also get tired of killing humans?
 
Looks and sounds pretty meh all around. It's like Grasshopper has come full circle with their extraordinary design and ideas and has now just become pretty predictable. At least my first impression leaves me pretty unexcited.
 
Looks excellent and shot to the top of my anticipated games list. I hope they significantly implement this rhythm/cheer leading game play and it's not all chainsaw slashing.

I'm thinking Space Channel 5 meets Dead Rising. And I'm thinking that sounds f'n awesome.

Kudos to them for doing their own thing but it doesn't excite me much at the moment

Anyway, YAY! It looks fun! I expected the cheerleader to look more cutesy and moe, like something out of Bizarre Jelly because I feel the actual design of the girl is kind of bland. Will buy though.

Cheesecake in zombie movies has been pretty established. Not sure why there is room for cheesy (1-3) and straight up tasteless (4) in movies, but not games.
