its a game based on an american cartoon. Why would Rare add any "humour" to it? Its like when they got the mickeymouse license.

I can understand with the Mickey Mouse license Rare not putting it's stamp on it, so fair doos I guess. But i thought VP was an original title, i guess i forgot about the cartoon

Please read the thread. We already have a number of quotes from Rare employees saying this whole concept starting with a video game.

Yeah i read that, but what it started as and what it is now are not the same thing right? It is a tie in with a cartoon and some toys, so i doubt that Rare has full say in the design of everything.

i dunno, just looking at this game tells me i should give it the benefit of the doubt.

well, until E3. if it's not fun then, well, atleast Rare proved that they can still make nice looking games with it.

When did anyone doubt that? All of their games this generation looked great.
