Being shown via a hands-off demo and possibly behind closed doors so no vids. Nothing but positive reactions so far though to the footage. Scouting out camps via the binoculars ala Road Warrior and driving in to scavenge for supplies....awesome!

Dog is confirmed for the game too.

Great to see that Avalanche are still actively supporting the PC unlike certain other open world developers *cough*Rockstar*cough* If Mad Max is even half as good as Just Cause 3 then I am going to do a Philip J. Fry and demand they "shut up and take my money".

They announced on the PSBlog stream that there will be exclusive DLC for PS3/PS4 versions of the game. And a feature of the game is that there are people hiding under the sand.

The world, from the limited screens we have, looks sparse and not next-gen. A far cry from the density of the Just Cause 2 map. Hopefully, the screens are not that representative of the world's density.

Kojima even rocked out a Humungus t-shirt.

Pretty sure they'll be showing off more of the game in August at Gamescom and Amazon has this listed for an April 30th 2014 release, which at first I thought would mean we'd see FURY ROAD in theaters May 2nd but it looks like the movie got pushed back to 2015 and as a result WB Interactive might delay the game too.

I hope it is actually a Gameplay Trailer, and nothing something like 10sec real gameplay, and the rest logos and cutscenes.

Exciting non the less, I am totally interested.

You'd think so but WB has announced nothing for Fury Road at Comic Con and they haven't released a single official photo or anything from the movie. The only way we know anything is going on Mad Max related there is due to a craigslist ad for a model agency looking for "Mad Max bosses":

During Comic-Con, Petco Park will be transformed into a toxic wasteland. We are looking for 2 Mad Max looking characters to play the following roles:

Job 1: Enemy Boss
Height: 5'10" -- 6'5"
Build: Big and muscular
Race: White/Hispanic/Mixed
Look: Mean, intimidating, bossy
Make-up & Costume: face paint, spikes, chains, skeletons, tattoos, and costume will be custom made to size

Job 2: Enemy Scavenger
Height: 5'10" -- 6'3"
Build: Medium
Race: Open
Look: Funky hair type
Make-up & Costume: face paint, spike collar, tattoos

Rate:
Minimum $200/day, $800 for 4 days. Or state your rate.

1. Are you applying for Job 1: Enemy Boss or Job 2: Enemy Scavenger?

Holding on hope that it'll be a surprise panel on Saturday but I'm beginning to think the movie might not even make it out 2014..
