Alright I'll give Fairy Tail a shot. Nurarihyon no Mago seems interesting as well.

Nurarihyon is nice, but it takes time to ramp up.

Fairy Tail is... it's very average in every way. If you think something will happen because it follows a shonen trope, chances are, it will. It takes no risks and is probably the most uninspired thing I've ever read.

But the art is nice and so are the bewbs.

Well, in OP's defense they didn't dwell on fights involving new characters that much. Part of the charm of that arc was seeing people that Luffy and the reader had never met before but are big names in that world sticking up for Luffy. Naruto doesn't have that feeling here, mainly because Naruto is completely absent.

It's because of the anime. Scans got stalled at ch.10 for years, and then the anime came out and the new translations focused on getting the stuff after the anime out first.

Probably not. I'd give a summary for volumes 4-8 since I have them, but that wouldn't help much and it'd be too much of a hassle for me to do. Just watch the anime and discount the ending (and some other minor stuff they added in) and you're good to go.

I bought the first volume of Sakura Mail and while I'm not disappointed in regards to tits and asses, I am totally disappointed with the male protagonist. Such a lowlife. I can't stand him. He needs to grow up, and a lot too.

I just think that since it is not a 'true' 6 tails--a 'left-over' 6 tails, if you will, and he also doesn't have the volatile power source fucking himself up from the insides, it is not pretty far-fetched to think that the guy (a much more experienced Shinobi than Naruto) can command a full control of this 'fake' Jinchuurichi power. We do not even know if the guy can unleash a power comparable to Naruto when he brute-forced his way through Pain's techniques.

So no, this is not that far-fetched.

Anyways, on the scale of nonsense, far-fetched and ridiculousness I think this is waaaay much tamer than the story that features a giant mermaid swallowed by a giant whale and a guy capable of throwing anything at any distance and make them hit his marked target.
