One Month Away: An MvCi Demo Combo Showcase by KillerKai.
It's the story mode demo but it's got a lot of cool combos I hadn't seen before.
(god bless the patience of anyone willing to replay that demo enough times to come up with these)

I'm considering to start a DLC poll for people to show their supports for future DLC so I'm going to let people know that you can vote:
Vote for Regina, that's it.
I think I'm going to make a new thread tomorrow so I just want people to start to think what they want to vote for upcoming downloadable contents.
Wait a second, didn't somebody say the Gamescom trailer is actually coming out a day before the con? Is Capcom planning to dedicate GC fully to SF (character and DLC reveal, Anniversary Collection reveal)?
Only Capcpom would do this a month before launch.

Well, we haven't got gameplay trailer did we? So it's plausible that we could get gameplay trailer next week.
Gameplay trailer comes out 22nd, con starts 23rd.
That seems a bit more fair than a straight resurrection. Wonder how it works with a full team though?
Will the surge just be a life drain?
I still can't believe Capcom fucking juked us with that Venom (and technically BP) cover.
Is it possible Venom and Huntress were planned for launch but had to be pushed back?
You really think they're going to leave an entire financial quarter (Q4 2017, ends March 31) without any DLC? We're talking about the same company that released an entire year of original characters for a game that had underperformed greatly in sales. If what I've been told behind the scenes is correct, 24 characters were complete when SFV was launched. The game launched with 16 of them.anything is possible, but we knew the season pass was 6 characters, we saw the zip leak, they were probably DLC all along.
In fact, I think that the roster plus the DLC (aka the zip leak, with the mysterious 3rd capcom character) is all they have worked on in any capacity at all, and probably will wait and see how the game does to see if they do more.
Everyone is assuming there will be more dlc for sure but I really dont think anything is set in stone right now. You can argue they have a "DLC roadmap" planned, but thats probably just a list of characters. We'll see by this time next year what happened I guess.
Some porn for Rhaknar (NSFW):thatsmyfetish.jpg
it actually is >_<
I really don't want to have to manage two characters. Almost all of the stones are unappealing to me because they bring on stuff like custom combos or new setups. I hate labbing that stuff. Just give me something that helps my general gameplay.Max said "the Soul stone is what everyone predicted, and much more"
HE then posted a bunch of MvC 1 (as in the first one) teases from that shit where you had every character on screen.
So consensus seems to be that maybe, you ressurect your fallen partner and then control both at the same time.

There's no question we're getting support until at least 2019 regardless of how the game performs (unless it sells literally 6 copies, then the plans change).
It didn't help that SFIV was alive & well when SFxT came out, so the FGC had that to fall back on.im assuming it sells 6 copies, and I bought one of them, so...yeah.
We got the 12 leaked (on disc) characters in SF X Tekken and nothing else and that game didnt even bomb IIRC. Except it bombed in the community so they quickly moved on from it.
But hey, gimme all the dlc, I hope Im wrong.

People like swords and guns characters.Lots of Dante and Gamora videos, huh?
Yup.
Well thankfully Capcom doesn't have any fighter doing well
Nothing says "dead game" like record breaking viewership, consistent television exposure, consistent player base, and a steady stream of new DLC content a year and a half post release...
Currently playing Injustice 2 (Was waiting for a friend to finish with it so I could borrow it). I gotta say after playing it for a bit. I'm very curious what a big budget MvC game would look like. I doubt we'll ever know but it's an interesting thing to think about.

It would look ugly if it follows the current artstyle.
I mean if they're pushing for this kinda realism stuff anyway i'm sure more budget would've helped. Injustice 2 looks pretty good.
You don't need NRS for that. Disney should keep capcom license and give all creative/development rights to Arcsys. Then for a low budget you will have a game that will look and play better than all FGs out there. To save even more money they can just fire capcom and hire arcsys for Mavel vs Arcsys.

3 Veterans Marvel

12 characters in total

They could have still had a "realistic" style for this game that looked better. There's plenty of room to work under that general concept.
Awesome. Can't wait to see how things have changed, if they have at all from the UMVC3 polls.
I wonder if just saying 6 Marvel and 6 Capcom would be better...I like the idea, but at the same time it might be needlessly restrictive

IMO 6 characters per side seems like a lot. Especially when it comes to veterans.
Since someone like Wesker isn't really comparable to say Ruby Heart. A veteran that was in MVC3 has a hell of an easier time than a veteran in MVC2.
I'd say it should just be 3 per side. That way people are voting their absolutely must-have top 3 per side regardless of tag.
I don't think it's that Capcom couldn't "pull it off" and more that the art style is actively super bad.I mean obviously, IJ2 looks great and proves that. It doesn't change the fact that Marvel likely dictated the look and Capcom just can't pull it off, maybe due budget, time constants or just being bad at it.
