It doesn't matter that Zelda is awesome anymore because Wii Fit sucks.

Woah, a PS3 title in the top ten.

Uncanny!

It must be because Wii Fit sucks. Gamers are finally wising up.

Wii Fit sucks so much, it's thrown all laws of physics and mathematics out the window.

Next week will be very different once news of the conferences spreads

Especially when they realize how bad Wii Fit sucks.

That hurt me more then I'd like to admit.

Stop It

Perfectly able to grasp the inherent value of the fishing game.
Whats that PS3 title all about then, was it expected to hit top ten? Anyway, Zelda smashing through TP LTD in merely 3 weeks, amazing stuff, also, DK Jet having any sort of legs? who'd have thought that would happen :lol

in conclusion: Japanese gamers want their hardcore gaming fix re: Nintendo games on the DS.

Phantom Hourglass ought to outsell Twilight Princess in a few weeks.

I think we should just blame everything wrong in the industry with WiiFit.
We aren't doing that already?!

Whoa.

"My Summer Vacation 3" is selfreferring. It just means it won't last.

I know you're being sarcastic, but WiiFit made this E3 for me. :D
Of course, concrete dates for the big three and the port of Observation Training didn't hurt, either. ;)

Actually, Japan voted to kick the game down to 7th place just because. Ever since Nintendo bought Japan, they've been voting the way the country works through the Everyone Votes channel.

Sorry. (For the bad joke.)

You'll change your tune when everyone who buys and plays Wii Fit is walking around with tight, firm gamer-abs.

I did not expect Chibi Robo to do those sorts of numbers at all. I haven't bought it yet, been waiting out for some user impressions. It sounds like it has the same gameplay as the original though, so it might be worth it.

I'm sure Anihawk can't wait for the next news article where more Japanese television execs bitch about Wii Fit stealing even more of their marketshare...

I just find all the hate for a single non-game simply adorable. Nintendogs outsold Halo, but we still get new installments of Mega Man, Sonic, and Contra.

does anyone have any data available so we can draw some comparisons between PH and previous Zelda iterations?

It's closing up on MM (600k). After that, it's TWW (800k). Then it's a long long way to a million, let alone the next big marker.

Dash Kappei

Not actually that important
Yay for Chibi Robo... DS really can revive anything, and it's not just the gigantic user base 'cause the same couldn't be said about the PS2.

Also, finally some variety on the charts with a PS3 title that, according to numbers, should be at No5.

Summer Vacation games are similar to Harvest Moon/Animal Crossing games or are nothing like that?
