Finally got my kayak out on the lake this morning with the wife. Going to kayak the river this afternoon with some friends. Nothing beats floating on the river whilst high for relaxation. I need to lift weights and run tomorrow for sure as this past week was too crazy at work to have time to work out. So stoked to be outside doing recreational activities finally.
