Ashhong said:We may be misunderstanding each here, but you just seem to contradict yourself. Just because someone is able to afford something, does not mean that they have the financial means to do so in my opinion. You say that it isn't in your best interest. This says that there are more important things to pay for like bills and such. This means you dont have the financial means to buy it. That's how I see it, doesn't mean you're poor. Big difference..
Bizzyb said:My main point is that I could buy this bundle and a regular PS3 and it still wouldn't interfere with my other financial obligations, but of course that would be very irresponsible of me.
hauton said:So how rare is this bundle really?
I mean the LE game doesn't sound that limited. You could've pre-ordered it by itself a long time ago.
The console itself might be though.
U K Narayan said::lol
I know, right? U K Narayan am hypocrite total.
jjasper said:The console itself will be pretty rare (current rumor is 5 days and 1000 each day). LE game itself will be somewhat rare although I doubt it will be as rare as the Subsistence LE.
DancingCactus77 said:4 days in and Konami still hasn't figured out Canadian shipping. I doubt it will last for 5 days only as they keep promising that Canadian shipping will be sorted eventually unless Konami lies.
LiK said:they are totally unorganized. i feel bad for my Canadian buddies. all of this should've been sorted out months before the announcement
DancingCactus77 said:I am from Canada but I live so close to the border so I'll picking mine up at a mail house.
How did you cancel your order at NCSX, by email or phone?
darkvir said:Finally got one~!! I'm shipping it to my bud's place in NYC, then he'll ship it from there to my Canadian residence. Troublesome, but its done.

AgentOtaku said:Crazy!
where did you hear the rumor?
jjasper said:I think on CAG but I have no idea if it is true or not.
We would also like to inform you that the bundle being sold on our site is a limited quantity. This LE bundle only makes up 1/10 of 1% of the PS3 consoles in the U.S.
jjasper said:update: someone on CAG canceled their order and this was in the email:
I am sure someone into sales age knows how many ps3s there are in the US and 1/10 of 1% is 0.1%
edit: If it is ~5million that would go with the 1000 for 5 days.
traveler said:So wait- is tomorrow the last day they can be preordered? Cause I'm not going to have the funds to preorder it until next week at the earliest.![]()
Crimmy said:is it still possible to get this? The only reason Im buying a PS3 is for this game and this is definitely something i'd like to have.
Crimmy said:crap, wen will these be available again?
Enojado said:Wow, if it really is only 1000 over 5 days I guess I should feel pretty lucky. I had one in my cart yesterday but due to internet problems it was gone by the time I reconnected. Got on today without a problem and paid for it with the trusty Amex.
Now, to decide if I can convince myself and the wife that I really need this . . .

Crimmy said:see the problems is im broke as hell. I hope they dont charge my card until next friday :lol :lol
Johnas said:I'm pretty sure I read on there that it doesn't charge your card until it ships. Somebody else feel free to clarify if necessary.
AgentOtaku said:as it should as that's how pretty much all preorders work....I would be aggrevated as hell if they charged me now
spookyfish said:Oh, convincing myself was easy. But the wife --- yeah, that was a little difficult. Basically I said "All right -- let's go get that dining room table you've been wanting. <<oh, and I picked up that limited edition PS3 that's pretty much the same thing I already have>> .... Oohhhh -- is that chicken for dinner?? Looks damn good!
Actually, she's real understanding of the hobby and craziness that surrounds it. To all who are still trying, best of luck. Here's hoping more go on sale ...

Ashhong said:well checking my credit card account, it has a pending charge for the bundle on there. that usually means it was charged and its just going through authorization...so im thinking they did charge. we'll see though
Enojado said:but I am proud of my baby b/c she bought her first game tonight. It's only Tetris Evolution for the 360 (she LOVES Tetris), but I consider it an important baby step in the right direction. She was so excited to play it she popped it in even though that meant her staying up a little later than usual. I'll have her converted soon enough. :lol![]()
ChaoticBlue said:congrats to the people that were able to get one.
i wonder if the gun metal ps3 casing is made out of a different material than the regular ps3?

DancingCactus77 said:I bought mine on the 2nd day and my credit limit reflects that a hold of funds has been placed on my credit card. It hasn't shown up on my credit card statement so I am 99% sure that you card won't be charged until Konami ships the bundle to you.
For people who Paypal'd they would take the amount out immediately that's how it works. So essentially Konami is making a small amount of interest on you but what's a few cents they make on you after you've handed over $600+ already.
