My guess is Solid and Liquid Snake, possibly? There's a very good chance that we see Naomi Hunter in this game, so who knows - maybe it's an early take on FOXDIE?

I didn't like it when Granin was retconned as the real inventor of Metal Gear in MGS3, along with plans that looked exactly like REX.

I didn't like it when ZEKE looked exactly like a skinny shorter REX, right down to the rail gun and radome.

I don't like it now that Outer Heaven/Diamond Dogs have basically skinny REX, with the dinosaur head and machine gun eyes.


Now Otacon is a plagiarist who just made REX bigger and with a laser dick, and Madnar's whole cool 1980s anime mecha designs for TX55 and D are just Big Boss buying the generic bagged cereal because he couldn't afford the real thing.

Are his own soldiers he created trying to turn against him because what of what he forced them to endure (forced killing their fellows at training, kidnapping child soldiers and making them join his army etc)? I have to say this is probably one of a few times where I don't think the gifs and edited pics are particularly funny. I even find them slightly distasteful. The game and its themes doesn't strike me as something funny in any form whatsoever.
