Nothing to see here. Just the normality of playable games at a games conference.
Wonder if they'll do the same with Tomb Raider
But there is no PC version...

There's no PC version of Forza 5 either, and it didn't stop them from doing that.
Windows 7.
I'm easily amused.
Do you seriously have no idea how game development works?
This happens everywhere. Its easier to pump out stable PC builds. Both new consoles are essentially just PCs. Its happened on both consoles.
How do you know it's windows 7?Windows 7.
I'm easily amused.
Could easily be a Windows8 dashboard, there's barely any difference between both when the taskbar is hidden.
The main takeaway here is that even Microsoft uses Windows 7.

This is not new, guys.
Also this is a great way to notice you haven't seen Indie Game the Movie, so go do that now.
An indie game like this doesn't care (or notice) what OS it's running on.That background is without a doubt Windows 7. Still, kinda weird because I thought the Xbox One and Windows 8 shared OS tech.
How do you know its Windows 7? Also this is definitely not news.
Where does it say something about GTX Titans? Page is a bit of a mess so I'm probably missing it.It makes sense but they should make the game perform on computers with X1 specs, not GTX Titans as the link in that article points to. Can be misleading.
they own the ip and publish on both platforms
whats the news here ?
