Yeah. After Kinect fest last year, I think they'd like to have a repeat performance of E3 2009. Very polished and full of announcements and trailers.

Microsoft really seem to have a shallow year release wise. I'm sure they'll announce one or two kinect titles for a release before christmas but it's crazy how they seem to feel happy relying almost exclusively on 3rd party support for the first 6-8 months of the year.

Well at least Microsoft has a 3d logo. The combination to Kinect + 3d technologies could yield some cool results. Although the real potential is with a next-gen hardware platform and owning a curved OLED TV.

the 2009 comparison earlier has me thinking now, was 2009 pre-e3 really as bad as how this year feels right now? I mean we at least had halo wars and idk, heck microsoft seems to have absolutely nothing exclusive retail wise until post e3. If the huge list of 3rd party games coming out this year doesn't interest you at all, then yes you are stuck waiting til F4 and GOW3 come out.

the only thing that dumbfounds me is how they havent capitalized on kinect success at the least, i feel more disappointed that they seem to be working on nothing that's coming out pre-e3 than if they had announced kinect games. i don't know what i want from microsoft but i kinda want something.

Rovio confirmed the WP7 version long, long time ago and it's not like we got a release date today.

personally the only thing that can be announced that can get me interested from micro is a exclusive new ip/existing franchise that isn't a shooter or racer.
