Correct. Even when my Astros were in the NL I could easily acknowledge the AL was the stronger league. Been that way for decades. Cubbies probably wouldn't have won any division in the AL this year.

I've always been a fan of the NL game personally, though. And I think it adds an interesting dynamic to the World Series, though I do find it favors the NL teams.

You sure you have been watching baseball for awhile. Unfortunately for the Cubs a great regular season team typically doesn't win the world series. But if you are going to argue that a historically great defense wouldn't go. 500 in the AL be my guest.

Its really hard for Maddon to know who he can trust. KB's come up really small in this series, Contreras in your 5 spot is a bad look. Baez shifted from good play to bad. I mean they relied on a guy who hadnt played since week 1 to be their 5 hitter.

I know one Cleveland fan said they want the Cubs to win g5 so they can win it at home, but you would rather play a Cubs lineup without Schwarber. Just sayin
