To be fair it is a confusing rule if you don't follow the game, and if your home team is in the AL.Clearly the Cubbies are losing because they forgot to put in Schwarber as the DH instead of batting the pitcher.

This......I was not aware lol kind of stupid
It's shitty management like that that makes me hope they don't win a title for another hundred years.Clearly the Cubbies are losing because they forgot to put in Schwarber as the DH instead of batting the pitcher.

He's implying that the AL was much stronger than the NL this year; hence why the mediocre-looking Cubs won so many games.
You're fine. The rules can be confusing.
At least you don't like ketchup.

You're right.......I'm a mustard dude
You are A OK in my book and in the eyes of everything good and righteous in the universe.
Cleveland Indians beating not only the Cubs, but also the fix.Another wrong call. He held up.
This thread is gonna get fun soon

You sure you have been watching baseball for awhile. Unfortunately for the Cubs a great regular season team typically doesn't win the world series. But if you are going to argue that a historically great defense wouldn't go. 500 in the AL be my guest.Correct. Even when my Astros were in the NL I could easily acknowledge the AL was the stronger league. Been that way for decades. Cubbies probably wouldn't have won any division in the AL this year.
Nah. 2016 is the Year of the 216. Tribe's got this. The fix being the same thing is going to happen to Cleveland as did the warriors in the NBA XD
3 in a row.....to bring it home after more then a century. It will be a story as great as lebrons

Can A-Rod call the rest of the game by himself? That'd be great.
DH should be abolished. It was only created because the NL dominated for a good decade or so.I would say I hate you......but you named yourself after one of the greatest rock albums of all time......so I can't
I'm still wondering why the hell a DH hasn't been allowed for the NL league. Makes it more exciting when a pitcher can concentrate more on pitching and a batter can swing away at will

I agree. The NL DH rule is stupid. Come at me, NL brehs.I would say I hate you......but you named yourself after one of the greatest rock albums of all time......so I can't

Pitching and defense basically. Wind has saved Kluber tonight though.... hopefully Lester and Arietta can get this to a game 7.How did the cubs make it this far swinging the bat like this?

God wants Cleveland to win.Is the wind blowing in the opposite direction when Cleveland is hitting?
Sadly, I think this is going to come up in the next CBA. It's only a matter of time.I don't think the PA would ever agree to it. DH is here to stay. Much more likely to see it in the NL than to see it removed from the AL I think.
They haven't had warning track outs like the cubs have had tonight. Is the wind blowing in the opposite direction when Cleveland is hitting?
Smoltz talks a lot of crap about winning in the postseason when his teams choked every year except 1995.
