Whelp getting close to there is always next year talk.

Cubs in full meltdown blaming the ump.

Entire city of Chicago has asscheeks squeezed as tight as Cameron did before Ferris' day off.
At least the Cubs will forever be linked with vanquishing even year magic.

Smoltz is killing me right now. Still reeling from his "Rizzo didnt make a good hit" on his rbi to start the game. Just relentless

Let'a just forget about yesterday when the Wahoos were all about ump blaming.

Except there was discernible evidence that the Cubs got a huge advantage with the strike zone.

Watch the video in that tweet. It's MLB Tonight talking about it.

If the same thing happens tonight, then Cubs fans can complain. However, right now the Tribe only has a (comparably) small advantage with the zone.

Did I say it wasn't fucked in favor of the Cubs yesterday? It totally was. I'd rather it not be for either team.

I agree, I want it fair for both teams as well. I'm just saying that Cleveland fans had a much larger base to stand on for complaining about the umps last night than Cubs fans do (so far) tonight.

Javy has to know the pitcher sees him as aggressive, and will not give you a hittable ball pitch 1. Way to get in the hole

Smoltz saying "good luck next year", with 'theyre gonna learn from this'

holy fucking shit.

Well I mean the Cubs can come back but they have been crumbling under the pressure.

To be fair, that is a lot of pressure for this team. Don't get me wrong, the Indians have it too, but the way the media has hyped the ever loving shit out of this Cubs team as WS win or bust essentially, its tough to not let some of that get to you. Then you count in the fan expectations, the first WS game to be played at Wrigley since 1945. Again, Cleveland has this too, but they also hosted a WS as late as '97.

Doesn't hurt that the Indians pitching has been pretty much perfect this postseason, minus a few blips here and there.
