What if a pitcher on the winning team just decides to throw them high and wide all night because they are winning and there's no balls?

I don't think op thought this through. They could throw 15 balls to the outside, before throwing one down the plate hoping to catch the hitter off guard.

The most boring thing in the world is when a pitcher walks a player. It's cowardice.

Every pitch should hit-able. This would make games quicker and more exciting. A pitcher should be rotated if they throw too many balls

Wait, so professional hitters get guaranteed pitches that are hittable, and this is going to somehow quicken games? I think you’d just end up with super long games that finish with 20+ runs all the time.
